Birthday Greetings

Good morning everybody, it's Fi here sharing my latest creation with you!

For today's card I have used one of the new Altenew stamps called Birthday Greetings,...this is a fab set and so many sentiments are included.

I inked up the balloon with different distress inka and stamped onto watercolor card, I spritzed some water over the top and gently pulled some of the colour from the balloons to colour the background.  I then used my distressed patterns stamp to stamp some little black splodges, I die cut the numbers from a spare piece of watercolour card that I had also coloured and then stamped one of the sentiments included in the set to finish.

Hope you likey!

Whooo Loves Ya?

Hello  to you , lovely My Mum's Craft Shop fans! my turn today to share my latest make.
did you get chance to grab any of the latest MFT launch???
I had to have those "rounded rectangle frame" dies... they work just perfect creating a frame for you cards, or like today, a shaker card!!!!  as well as sequins & glitter, I used the components of the build a tag blueprint to create the confetti. The largest Frame die in the set turns the whole card into a frame/shaker... it's just the perfect size.
Check these and all the new arrivals in the shop, you will be glad you did .
Pop on over to my blog to find all the details of my make.... Thanks for joining me .

Guest DT | You're A Perrfect Friend

Hello there, Milly (often know as Missy) here and today I have the absolute pleasure to be guesting here at My Mum's Craft Shop for the month of February. For my first post I took inspiration from my love of cats, so when I saw these cute My Favorite things Cat-iude stamps I knew had just had to use these.

On stitched rectangle panel I stamped the smaller cat first, then stamped the image on a sticky note then fussy out to create a mask then place this over the original image and stamped the second cat just to the right of the smaller cat. Coloured in using colouring pencils, even created a soft looking scene so the cats look more grounded.

Then applied double sided foam tape to the back of the panel and adhere to A2 US card blank and cut a strip of grey card and rubbed it with cornflour (for anti static) and stamped "You're A Perrfect Friend" sentiment from the My Favorite Things Cat-iude set, using clear embossing ink pad and poured over white embossing powder and heat set with heat tool and adhere just above the cats using double sided foam tape. To finish added a few iridescent sequins and adhering them with glue dots.

Spring Birthday

Hi all, Kitty here with my latest card. I thought I would share a spring birthday card that you may have spied in a recent edition of Crafts Beautiful Magazine...
For this card I used the MFT Spring Tulips Stamps & Die Set. I coloured all the flowers with my copics and popped them up onto foam pads. The papers are from a Lawn Fawn Paper Pad and I added some enamel dots. The rectangle was die cut using the Double Stitched Rectangles Die-namics Dies
